If the paper sent to the congress has a full text file, the relevant file should be prepared as a Word document (doc, docx) according to the sample template file and uploaded to the system. In abstract paper applications, it is sufficient to enter the summary information in the relevant fields in the system.
It is necessary to enter the Turkish title, abstract and key words in addition to the English title, abstract and key words during the application of the declarations. Incomplete reporting will not be evaluated.
In abstract submissions, all authors who are included in the declaration must have the title, institution name, e-mail address, faculty and department information.
Applications for papers will be sent to the referee committee. The review results will be sent to the applicant as soon as possible.
It is necessary to indicate the responsible author who will present the article. All communication will take place, which is the responsible author.
Face-to-face sessions will be held on Friday only. Remote sessions can be held on Fridays and Saturdays.
Completely responsible author is liable for the plagiarism that may arise in the abstract or full text of the notice.
The book is published electronically (Pdf) on our website as a draft for a certain period of time (Approximately 3 days) on the publication dates of the full-text book of proceedings. If an e-mail is sent to info@imascon.com for the changes requested during the draft publication, these requests can be taken. However, after the ISBN number is obtained for the full-text book of proceedings, no changes can be made to the book.
It is recommended that the participants prepare their paper presentations in a way that does not exceed 10 minutes.
Poster presenters can present their presentations in the boards dedicated to the poster.
In the congresses held online, a session (Online) link will be announced so that participants can upload their poster files (Pdf). The relevant session link (Link) will be opened, and the poster file will be uploaded to the session. During the session, brief information about the poster will be given by the participant. Poster sessions will be planned as the 1st and 2nd day of the congress.
Poster sizes can be 40x60 or 50x70.
Full text declarations can be accessed from the registration system to the formatting file to be followed during preparation.
If the full-text is declared contrary to the sample file format, it will not be considered.
For the papers whose acceptance letter has been approved and the payment has been completed, but cannot be submitted within the congress dates by stating an excuse (provided that an official document is submitted), the organizing committee must be reached within 1 day after the end of the congress at the latest. If the organizing committee deems it appropriate, a remote excuse session can be created within the following 2 days and the paper can be submitted remotely.
Replying to the authors will be sent during the evaluation process. These mailings may arrive at the spam folder (SPAM). Unnecessary folder needs to be checked.

PUBLICATION FACILITIES
All full text papers will be published as PDF in Full Text Proceeding Book. Full-text papers will also be included in the full-text paper as PDF. Full Text Proceeding will be published as planned. (If the article is presented in the congress and the full text is not prepared as a full text in the congress proceedings or if the full text has been prepared as a new article, an application may be made to the journals.) The referee evaluation process of the journal is an independent process from the congress. The decision process concerning the publication of the work depends entirely on the referee of the relevant journal. Congress will be journal suggestions to participates.

PARTICIPATION FEES
Registration fees must be paid before the last day of registration. (Coffe breaks are included in congress fee)
Care must be taken that the name, surname and other personal information are written on the bank receipt of the registration fee.
If the requested documents are not uploaded to the application system on time, the applications will be invalid.
Until Early Participation date, registrants will be assessed on the "Early Participation Fee Payment" list.
Between Normal Participation dates, registrants will be assessed on the "Normal Participation Fee Payment" list.
Between Late Participation dates, registrants will be assessed on the "Late Participation Fee Payment" list. Payments made by cash on the date of the Congress will be evaluated on the late payment list.
For the accepted abstracts, the registration fee will be paid until the latest registration date and the related bank receipt file (Jpg, Png) will be uploaded to the related fields in the application system at Membership Login / Registration link and the application process will be completed.
Participants who do not register as applicants will not be able to benefit from the facilities of the congress.
Registration fees are only for registered participants. Their names do not include other authors.
Guest participants must also be registered in the application system, paying the participant fee. It is necessary to upload the registration fee to the bank notice application system.
Registration fee payments must be made via account transfer. It can also be realized in the form of cash card through the late payment list at the congress date.
Participation documents will only be given to authors participating in the congress..
For full-text papers, the final submission date of the full-text file (must strictly comply with the template) is May 27, 2025. The plagiarism report must not exceed 20% and the report file must be uploaded to the system.
For abstract papers, the final editing date through the system is May 27, 2025.
